Ab workouts are usually pretty quiet. You could also get small weights an do curls or over the head presses. I like to do leg lifts while laying on my side or back. Doing them while laying on your side helps with fat on my hips, (saddle bags). It would be difficult to do any aerobic workouts though. Good luck!
