After having lots of frustrations with my PC, then changing WinAntivirus!!! to Norton, I've finally got some comfort. But recently i'v getting this error a lot, and i keep sending the error report. So is it some problems that i should be aware of? tell me what to do , PLEASE! thanx in advance.

There is either a conflict between two programs / program and Windows in your computer, or your windows may have got corrupted.
Try and see which programs are running when this takes place - if it is one / some particular program repeatedly, try uninstalling that.
Or else, re-install your windows.
If that also doesn't work, you will have to re-format your disk.

when you send the error reports you also should look up the cause that way you will find out what the problem is no one can tell you what the cause is,
it could be you had a virus that deleted some exe files, in my opinion take it aor leave it reinstall windows or the programs thats not responding

first of all, i recommend you formatting your computer. WinAntivirus isnt antivirus. its a virus/spyware.
winantivirus messes up with internet explorer
