I'm a 16 (almost 17) male 5 7'' 175lb what is a good weight and how should I start loseing the weight before summer or the start of the new school year?

Don't get crazy with it but I recommend eating anything you want but cut your portions way down. I tend to binge when I deprive myself of foods I crave. Drink lots of water and go for a good walk everyday. I have lost 20 pounds in 2 months and 2 dress sizes!!!

A good weight is between 150 and 160 depending on how much muscle your body has verses fat/ Aerobic exercise burns fat quickly and weight lifting builds muscle over a long period and muscle increases your metabolism even while you are sleeping. Walking 30 minutes a day and eating oatmeal in the AM. 2 cups of blueberries for a snack in the morning. A turkey subway sandwich no mayo and no oil but loaded with all vegetables for lunch then for dinner just chicken or fish or lamb with vegetables and and her fruit before bed. Drink water only 8 glasses a day or more and when you get hungry eat as many vegetables as you want. String beans out of the can, You will lose more than 2 pounds a week. Men are very successful at weight watchers and make all the women wish they could lose weight as easily as the male body can because of the large muscle mass compared to a women's..

go to GNC get nitro-tech, thurmo-burst AND a box of day and night HYDROXI-CUT(take as directed).... drink atleast 8X 8 oz of water a day eat a small serving of eggs in the morning(8am), apple(10am), can of tuna serving of peanuts(noon/lunch), apple(2pm), salad and fish or chicken serving(dinner/5pm)...... work out- 2 mile run per day or more, 3 sets or 20 situps 3 times a day(7am,11am,4pm), 2 sets of 20 push ups 3 times a day(7am, 11am, 4pm)

do this and I can put my money where my mouth is you'll be getting some booty, don't listen to these morons saying eat less... you need to eat more then 3 times a day to keep your matabalism running high to help form your body into a lady thriller.... this plan is easy just stick to it do not cheat and you'll feel like a new person
