Well my 8 year old son's opinion is to "just walk away"......
My opinion is that you should smile and gaze into her eyes for a few seconds - like you really liked it. Then try to read her and see if you should move in for a kiss. Usually when a female does this she's hinting that she'd really like one on the lips.

Kiss her cheek if you really like her too. Kiss her hand only if you think she is nice but do not want to take things further.
