I get it if I know something's going to happen, usually in an argument if I know I'm saying something I shouldn't and making provocations, I start to shake severely, my jaw chatters and tenses and my torso tenses up and a it wont relax especially my back. What can I do to fix it, is it something physically wrong?

It sounds like you are having anxiety attacks! You should go see your family physician and tell them your symptoms.

Good luck!

Remember to take deep breaths when it happens. That can help sometimes.

You fix it by not getting angry. Its rather ironic..Im passive and meek and mild yet I get the same symptoms from anxiety ..just learn to relax and if it keeps up do some research on anger management ad try to sign on to some message boards to speak to others that have the same issue and if this doesnt work seek the help of a professional.. thats about the only way to fix it.. and you would be surprised the number of people who have the same issues with symptoms and for different reasons..

First u have to learn to relax. It becomes more difficult in tough situations, here is where we have to learn to relax.

When in an argument see what u stand to gain or lose. If u have nothing to lose keep quiet and see the other fellow and smile.

Nobody gains un an argument, both the party gets tensed up, it upto u how u take it.

There is nothing wrong with u, just u have to understand yourself and train yourself to be mentally strong.

IF U KNOW SOMETHING IS GOING TO HAPPEN THEN IT IS CALLED CLAIRVOYANCE, OR ESP (Extra Sensory Perveption) TRY DEVELOPING ON IT

I'm not sure what that is, but that sounds a little like what happens to me, when I'm mad and arguing with someone. I get a shortness of breath, and i start to get really nervous, and shake a bit. Then i start to say things, or go to far with my comments, then i begin to feel stupid, and loose confidence.

I get the same thing, usually mine is before I think I am going to get in a physical altercation. I find that controlled breathing and focus helps.

I dont think anything is physically wrong with you, if there is, we both have it.

Anxiety. Take an etiquette class so that you are not socially inept.
