migrains are usually nothing more than a migrain. but if you have headaches that come on VERY sudden, VERY severe, and always in the same spot, then you should see a doc, as that can indicate a tumor, hemmorage ect. may or may not be benign. If migrains are unusual for you and you just started getting them then I would check it out just as a precaution.

No. a Migraine cannot LEAD to brain cancer.
However, persistent migraines can be a sign of something wrong in your body.
Chances are you do NOT have brain cancer, but you should get it checked out by a doctor. There are many things that could be happening including a lack of proper nutrition, poor circulation.
Don't worry, you don't have brain cancer, but you SHOULD see a doctor at your next opportunity!
Best of luck!

Migraines effect about 13% of the US population and can be very debilitating. According to the Glaxo study (referenced below) it can take years for a migraine diagnosis since the symptoms can be so variable between patients. I could find no studies concluding that migraines lead to tumors.
Brain tumors can cause headaches; but these headaches are not migraines. The causes of tumors cannot always be pinpointed. Certainly genetics is the easiest to identify. If there is a history of brain tumors in your family and you are experiencing severe headaches (or they have been changing in severity) you should tell your doctor.

Can migraines lead to brain cancer? I would have to say no. A migraine is a very bad headache and although a nuance it isn't a danger to your life. However, if you did have a tumour it would most definitely cause pain like migraines in your head.

No but you should have a CT scan done to rule out other things that might cause migraines, like blocked vessels or aneurysms, etc.

Headaches are caused by blood vessels on the outside of the skull. The brain feels no pain. They are not at all related. Know one knows what causes cancer, for sure. But we do know that headaches do not.
