hey i am a student i go to school at 7 i get out at 2 and i go to bed at about 3 and then i wake up at around 9 or 10 then stay up till 12 then go to sleep and my pattern continues i am not obeise or skinny but average and i have real hard problems gaining or loosing weight i would like to know if i have sleep problems like sleeping to much because everytime i wake up from my sleep i am always tired... :) Do i have a diease

No you do not have a diease, at least that what my opinion is right now. But if you would go to your doctor, he could do some testing and help you with your sleeping. Please do not get hooked on sleep aids, you only end up having to take more and more to get to sleep. Then when you are taken off of them it is even more harder to get to sleep. So just go to your normal doctor and talk with him, and see what he says.

You have a habit that your body is used to. Get up in the morning at the same time everyday (even on the weekends) and go to bed at the same time every day as well as on weekends. Exercise always, eat healthy meals. Go to the doctor for a complete check up anyway. It doesn't hurt!
