well each offence differs with the state your in and the laws governing that state. most counts of forgery are considered B felonies. many laws are trying to get them increased to A feloniesdue to the rampant forging of IDs for credit card theft/ identity theft.

best bet is to speak to a criminal lawyer, who is familiar with your states criminal codes, then turn yourself in and arrainge a plea with the proscutors office.
