Jesus and his disciples went on to the villiages around Caeserea Philippi. On the way he asked them, "Who do people say I am?"
They replied, "Some say John the Baptist; others say Elijah; and still others, one of the prophets."
"But what about you?" he asked "Who do you say I am?"
Peter answered "You are the Christ" --- Mark 8:27-29, try also Matthew 16:16.

basically, Jesus is Christ; the anointed one of God (greek)/the Messiah (hebrew). He is God's "only begotten Son" as he was not actually a creation, but actually (for lack of a better word) is a part of God. He is also described as "The Living Word", and was always existant. His purpose was to "seek and save what was lost" --Luke 19:10, as he provided salvation for us. The story of Jesus' supernatural birth is told in the gospels. I recommend Luke 2:1-20 for further insight.

Also, Jesus is different from normal humans as though he had a human body with human reactions and temptations, he had God's Spirit, and a Soul with the mind of God. So he was fully man, and fully God. Check Matthew 1:1-17 for Jesus' genealogy.

In short, Jesus is God's Son, God, our saviour, our friend, our brother, and our only way to get to God. Giving over your life to him is the only way you'll ever get to know God personally.

Jesus is the son of God. He came to this world to save us from our sins, so that if we believe in him, we never die(our spirit).
Jesus was the one the Old Testament was talking about, that would come and deliver us from evil(sin). People who follow Jesus teaching are Christians. Jesus healed a blind man, walked on water, brought people back from the dead, any many more miracles. Jesus was crucified and rose from the dead 3 days later and went to heaven to be with his Father, but is still alive.
Jesus is God in the flesh. God became one of us, that was Jesus. That's how they are one.

He is a man who was born to his mother Mary between 8–4 BC. It is unclear who his biological father is. He is claimed by Christians to be the son of God, and claimed by (the majority of) non-Christians to be an actual historical person, but not the son of God.

Throughout his life he reportedly performed many miracles, and said many inspirational things.

He was crucified circa 30 AD, and some believe he then resurrected from the dead and ascended to heaven. His body was never found.

He still influences life today, with celebration of Christmas and with the Anno Domini (AD) era and the Gregorian calendar.

Hope this helps.

Jesus is God in flesh (John 1:1,14). He is fully God and fully man (Col. 2:9) thus, He has two natures: God and man. He is not half God and half man. He is 100% God and 100% man. He never lost his divinity. He existed in the form of God and when He became a man, He added human nature1 to Himself (Phil. 2:5-11). Therefore, there is a "union in one person of a full human nature and a full divine nature."2 Right now in heaven there is a man, Jesus, who is Mediator between us and God the Father (1 Tim. 2:5). Jesus is our advocate with the Father (1 John 2:1). He is our Savior (Titus 2:13). He is our Lord (Rom. 10:9-10). He is not, as some cults teach, an angel who became a man (Jehovah's Witnesses) or the brother of the devil (Mormonism). He is wholly God and wholly man, the Creator, the Redeemer. He is Jesus.

The Bible is about Jesus (Luke 24:27,44; John 5:39; Heb. 10:7). The prophets prophesied about Him (Acts 10:43). The Father bore witness of Him (John 5:37, 8:18). The Holy Spirit bore witness of Him (John 15:26). The works Jesus did bore witness of Him (John 5:36; 10:25). The multitudes bore witness of Him (John 12:17). And, Jesus bore witness of Himself (John 14:6, 18:6).

Son of God; is a title of Jesus. It implies His deity (John 5:18) because the title is one of equality with God. In the OT it was figuratively applied to Israel (Exo 4:22). In the NT it is applied to Christ (Luke 1:35). It has many facets, for example: It shows that He is to be honored equally with the Father (John 5:22-23). That He is to be worshiped (Matt. 2:2,11; 14:33; John 9:35-38; Heb. 1:6); called God (John 20:28; Col. 2:9; Heb. 1:8); prayed to (Acts 7:55-60; 1 Cor. 1:1-2).

Jesus is the Son of God who came down from heaven to earth as a mortal man. He died for all of the chosen Christians. He is now in heaven with God His father. Jesus is the only way that man can truly become saved. He placed my sins upon himself, and now I can serve Him rather than Satan.

If you are asking about Christ, then He is the only-begotten Son of God, begotten of the Father before all worlds, God of God, Light of Light, Very God of Very God, begotten, not made, being of one substance with the Father by whom all things were made; who for us men, and for our salvation, came down from heaven, and was incarnate by the Holy Spirit of the Virgin Mary, and was made man, and was crucified also for us under Pontius Pilate. He suffered and was buried, and the third day he rose again according to the Scriptures, and ascended into heaven, and sits on the right hand of the Father. And he shall come again with glory to judge both the quick and the dead, whose kingdom shall have no end.

who was Jesus?

or who do peope think as in RIGHT NOW Jesus is?

Is...belief he raised self from dead and is still advocating Jewish teachings that conflict christianity and Paul's teachings

was...a person that many wrote about even if fictional, but our only coppies are dated to 100 years after the fact, none claiming to be word of god, just edited in later and revised to fit teachings

one of many (about 450) known messiahs to try and fail to overpower the Romans
