does any one know a good program wer you can stretch people faces and put shiny things on them?

im looking for softwere what u can use for productions

While any image editing program will do this if you know what you are doing and how to do it, there is a suite of programs available on the http://www.broderbund.com website that are made specifically for this purpose.

Corel Draw, Corel Draw, Corel Draw. You can do anything with Corel Draw.

I believe Adobe Photo Elements can do this, too.
