Why is anyone a jerk? Humans are weak and have their moments. Been to a football game lately? - those same people would laugh after the game if you played back the things they said in the moment, especially the crack about the umpires mental capacity..lol

So by calling me a jerk that makes it all better. I have nothing against atheists or any other person that has their own beliefs or non beliefs, if you will. You cannot lump all Christians into the same catagory just because you ran across a few bad apples.
All Christians are not like that, all I want to do is spread the word of God to all, after that it is all up to you to decide to believe or not.

These false believers are afraid of the Atheism catching on and taking false Christian leaders out of power.

It is all about fear. If they actually cared about saving the souls of the atheists they would be taking them all out to lunch, not shouting them down!

The REAL Christians (i.e the saints) just do the work they enjoy doing and nobody hears from them. They never try to convert anyone with words because, frankly, they know better. I love those folks. :)

Two words: Spell Check.

I don't deny your question is right. But they seem to think we're persecuting them by not agreeing with them. So, apparently, this makes it okay for them to be complete jerks to us and everyone else who doesn't believe what they do. Hell, they even turn on different Xian sects.

Not all Christians are jerks to the atheist. I don't judge people on their religion or non-religion, nor do I judge people on their race. I try my best to get along with everyone.

you mean talking as if standing upon a moral high ground of ethical history and benevolent acts and non violence?

Ha!

That is a fine example of how one maybe "hypocritical"

Unfortunately, this is because there is this continued belief that we are all separate. When humanity realizes that we are all one maybe stuff like this will cease!

both sides can be guilty of that, but one who has a strong faith in the almighty must never comprise integrity to prove points. we should lead by example.

Perhaps because you have trouble spelling "jerk". Seems to me that more athiests are apt to tell you Christians are naive, ignorant, and clones. Stop pretending the door doesn't swing both ways... Christians and athiests both throw jabs and both defend themselves. Most Christians I know try to help athiests attain salvation, but most athiests want none of it and that causes conflict. Didn't they torture and kill Christians in the middle ages too?
