I’ve recently ended a difficult relationship, (we both love each other but he is abusive). I believe we may be karmic soul mates but I’m trying to grieve & move on...

is there any spiritually based way to ease the pain of this loss so as to improve things for us both (in this life & the next)?

I would very much like to know when or if I will find a man who I can have a healthier & hopefully permanent relationship with.

sweetheart dont try to fill this with another man yet
you are right this is like grief ... and any type of grief takes time ( it is healthy )
get to know you again ... because i am sure that you have lost track of who you really are ( which is quite normal when in an abusive relationship )
learn to love you and get strong
then when the right person does come along ... it will be real love

real love does not bring abuse with it
and although i do psychic readings .... anyone would tell you the same

you have no contact details ... but if you get in touch with your email addy , i would like to send you something that may help though

Firstly karmic soul mates are people that have something to learn from each other so yes you are.......
The pain is not something to chase away,,,,, as this entire relationship has been based on "finding" the place you are in now.... asking what do i do now.....In this weakened state, you are closest to the helper spirits (angels) some human,,,,, some not that come and just sit with you blessing you..... The pain of the heart is the gateway to understanding so much,,,, it is the most wonderful thing hidden under the greatest suffering....
what to do from here....... feel the pain,,,,,,, experience it......
cry and contemplate the exact things that hurt the most.... have you felt these before..... in childhood?
next, see if you can find the feeling under all of the pain....... under the hurt...... go deeper into it and what do you feel.......
this will surprise you...... :)

next you will find another man,,,,, but not permanent........ nothing is permanent,,,,,,, find love,,,,, love that day and the next and the next but let it go when there is no love....... if you are lucky it will hurt also and you can feel this again........
now of course a reminder of the basics........
be a giver
help people often
give what you want for yourself to others...
be a pure person,,,,
be honest
etc.....
become pure........... only then can you find love that is true and beautiful......

I am so thankful that you have ended this relationship. He was not only verbally, but can sometimes (rarely) be physically abusive as well.

Your soul mate is on the other side, but the reason you two were together is because you shared a past life together. It has nothing to do with Karma.

Spiritually, always remember that you are never alone. You have your spirit guide (her name is Claire), 3 angels, and you can't forget about God.

To help ease this, before you go to bed, visualize a white light around you for protection and one around him to contain his negativity. Then ask God mentally or out loud, "Dear God, please let any negativity that we have accumulated in this life or any past live, be absorbed in the white light of the Holy Spirit" I promise you that you will begin to see improvements.

You do have a man coming in June or July. His name begins with an A (Andrew?) This could be Mr. Right.

I hope this helps! Many blessings!

Here's a meditation I do whenever I'm feeling too attached to a situation. This could be after I've helped a friend through a rough patch or ended a relationship that I feel still attached to.

Close your eyes and take a few deep cleansing breaths. Relax your body and quiet your mind. Picture yourself in a wood pannelled room with two red chairs facing each other in the middle of the room. Behind one of the chairs is an open door. Coming out of that door is a brilliant white light. Sit yourself in the chair facing the door. In the opposite chair sits your ex with his back facing the door. See a bright silver cord that connects you to him from just below your belly-buttons. Pull the cord from yourself and hand the end to your ex. Tell him you no longer need this emotional connection to him. Picture him taking the cord with him and walking through the door of light.

Close the door behind your ex and picture the room changing to a brilliant white/gold color. Feel the energy of the room cleanse your body of any emotional connection left over from your attachment.

Affirm to yourself that you are no longer emotionally attached to your ex. You are now filled with positive energy and love

Depending on the connection you had you may need to repeat the meditation a few times. I hope this helps!

You don't need spiritualists, psychics, or voodoo doctors either. On some level you probably were soul mates, but the abuse should be the red flag. Abuse NEVER constitutes love. You seem to be a committed, loving person... you will find some one just don't try to "create" the perfect love especially with one who is abusive. Don't make someone fit your pre conceived notion. As a Christian (I'm not sure about you) I would suggest prayer, God will guide you to someone who may fill some of that void.

I'm not a psychic, but if he's abusive to you, I'd think twice before being absolutely convinced he's your soulmate. If you want to make things better, take some to get to know yourself and what you want and expect from a partner. Think about whether or not this person fulfilled these expectations. When you are ready and you know what you want, you'll find someone if you want to. Good luck getting through this.

Dear Seeker,

You must first united with your own sprit which manifests as pure joy, love, compassion, consiousness, bliss and understanding. If you understand your own self, then you may easily answer the question that you ask which should only be answered by you.

Best wishes in your journey.
