It just means eat more often and eat less at each sitting. I assume it's to keep your stomach full or for reasons related to blood sugar?

I know when I had an ulcer many years back I had to eat more often so that my stomach acid wouldn't just eat my stomach up and irritate my ulcer. Having food in your system keeps your body digesting and metabolism going steadily.

Just eat less, maybe oatmeal for breakfast and juice, a muffin and milk later, soup and crackers for lunch, an apple or banana later, a decent supper, meat veggies potatoes, and maybe a small treat before bed.

Don't make any portions huge if you are worried about weight, but you can certainly eat this way and it's much healthier for you too. Look at it as snacking rather than eating as you won't feel so hungry for a huge meal if you're eating every few hours.

i eat a balance bar, then a think of yogurt, then some lean lunch meat and cheese, then another balance bar then a light dinner then a small bowl of cereal and i add no flavor protein powder, i try to keep everything i eat on the 40/30/30 ratio
