For some reason during a wrestling match, I always seem to be nervous and feel like I'm about to throw up and I feel like taking a piss. This happens to me all the time and I tried so hard to prevent it. I really want to be more confident instead of being nervous. What should I do?

Well build up your self confident, you need to work on your self esteem, you need to say to yourself that you are as good as anyone else, and that there is nothing wrong with you. A lot of people get nervous, so give yourself a brake here. Work on that self esteem, when ever you are thinking negative, then think, stop that skinking thinking and replace it with positive thoughs. And if you can not do that by your self then go and seek some professional help, and they will help you to feel better about your self, and who you are, and your self esteem will go up. No you don't always have to take a medication for that, you just have to work hard on your self esteem, and see yourself as a worthly person, and as good as anyone else. You have to like yourself, then love yourself.

I assume you are the one doing the wrestling and not just being a spectator.

I wonder if part of your problem has to do with cutting weight. I understand that most wrestlers cut weight before a match to get into a lower classification. This may be upsetting your system more than the usual butterflies that all athletes and performers get, especially if you are using a diuretic to lose water before weigh-in and then drinking and/or eating between the weigh-in and the match.
