Oh gosh girl! Potassium saved my life during pregnancy.

Go to the store and buy a bottle of potassium, I took it every day at night and never had another leg cramp again.

It is perfectly safe. There is nothing that you can eat to get enought potassuim to prevent that unless you ate like a bushel of bananas a day.

Go get the potassuim, its a life saver.

And also try stretching before bed and Don't I repeat Don't stetch pointing your toes especially at night...

you still have low potassium even though you are eating bananas? are you taking vitamins? low potassium is bad on the heart. did your doc not recommend anything or give a potassium supplement? i can not remember off the top of my head all the foods that contain potassium but you can type in "foods with potassium" in the search engine.

I'm taking medicine for high blood pressure and having the same problems.

Raisins, Orange Juice, hamburger, beans, milk, yogurt, bamboo shoots, cantaloupe, honeydew, all are good sources of potassium. So is chocolate but chocolate can aggravate heart burn.

No -however Protestant Christianity has been subverted by way of Zionists certainly within the America. They best fund and advertise crypto-Zionist evangelicals of their media monopoly who're utilising the 'Scofield Bible' a nineteenth century Zionist hoax translation as a ruse to misinform gullible fans to blindly help the State of Israel. Zionism has not anything to do with any orthodox variant of Christianity as Zionism honestly way Jewish Supremacy which they pursue by way of domination and the manipulation of the banking, political, media navy or even scientific method world wide. The so much potent department of Zionism has most often been Communism which the bankers just like the Rothschilds funded world wide and instigated many revolutions in its title. As former Russian dissident Alexander Solzhenitsyn mentioned that Communism used to be honestly a Talmudic Zionist software which killed 60 hundreds of thousands and lots of of whom had been Christian like himself. The motive such a lot of western international locations again them is for the reason that they've a keep within the western international locations by way of assimilation. All they needed to do used to be to undertake German sounding names in German speakme lands , French sounding in French speakme and so forth They located it extra tricky in Asiatic international locations for racial factors The State of Israel is just one department of this supremacy task and one that many Israeli Jews themselves might not be celebration too. Anyone blaming mainstream Christianity for Zionism is performing as their valuable idiots. EDIT: DAS REICH's quote indicates how there used to be a Zionist detail to Nazism which might be the truly motive they desire to outlaw "revisionism"
