If you are a novice weightlifter, I would advise that you seek a personal trainer or fitness professional to write a plan that will assist you. If you have experience in the gym, and some basic knowledge of nutrition, then you already know that you need to increase your caloric intake, reduce your cardio, and train three to four times per week with heavy weights. I would also advise that you educate yourself on supplements. I don't take them, but, depending on your genetics, they may be necessary.

Well, first of all do not use dietary supplements!!! You can do it without them. Do not start to eat 3 times more than before! Start to exercise with weights about the 70-80 % of your maximal strenght. For example: bench press if you can press 100 kgs once then it means you have to work with 70-80 kgs. repeat 3-5 times than have a rest and repeat the whole thing 3 times. The most important thing that you have to use every single muscle in your body in that case you have to do different types of exercises. You got a whole year, after the training day have a gap day. 3-4 days in a week are fair enough. Dont want to get the muscles in one or two monhts!!!!
