perfectly legal one 30 minute lunch break and one 10 minute break for 12 hour shifts i think its 30 minute break and two 10 minute breaks

usually its 30 mins after 5 consecutive hours and 2 10 mi n breaks in the state of ohio

yes its legal. I think legally you have to have one thirty minute break every 8 hours (might be 6).

You are allowed by ferderal law in the U.S. to work for eight hours and recieve two 15 minute breaks.

I think companies are only obligated to give you a 1/2 hour lunch break. Check your local/state laws.

the law is they don't have to give you any breaks if you don't belive that call the labor relations board I don't know weather they still have a recorded message but they did

8hours is all you work. Your lucky you get a 40min break. I work 12hour shifts and don't take any breaks or lunches.
