If you have a Spanish text book, surely it has the conjugations in the back somewhere? Or in the chapter on the past tense. or did you leave your book in your locker?? Hum. . .

It's simple.........if are regular verbs.
You have to conjugate them all the same.

SALIR

Yo sal..í
Tu sal..iste
El sal..ió
Ella sal.ió
Nosotros sal...imos
Vosotros sal..isteis
Ellos sal...ieron

For all the verbs is the same PARTIR

Yo partí
tu partiste
el partió
ella partió
nosotros partimos
vosotros partisteis
ellos partieron

Good luck

Do you know how many verbs that is?!? Try narrowing it down. Also, do you want simple past or past perfect?
