You're right, you don't have a commitment, so you don't necessarily have the right to quesiton. Just to get this out of the way: if all you're doing is laying and doing the "naked twister", then don't ask him a darn thing, because it is obvious what you're arrangement is. Don't be mistaken.
If it's more than that, like you two actually go out and do things in public, etc...then it's hard not to want to know what's up. Do you know who "she" is? Has he told you?
How long have the two of you been hanging out (or in)?
Do you have any male buddies that could call you while you're with him? Ask someone to call a few times & see what kind of response you get from him....If dude doesn't say anything, then he doesn't care. I know it's like playing games, but it can work.
Or, if it's really bothering you about the phone calls (particularly if this wasn't an isolated incident), ask him if you need to holla at him later, cuz ole girl must really need to get thru to him. Plus, she might decide to bring her crazy butt to his crib & you don't want that drama!! How do you know that he's not using you and trying to make her jealous or something? People are retarded. Take it from someone who has seen all kinds of crazy in action, NO man is worth it......LOL
By the way...Is he John? 'Cause you might need to change that.

honestly, there isnt much you can do or say. he has the right to see other people if he wishes if you two are not "exclusive" or "official". however, there should be an understanding between you two if you are truly pursuing a relationship with the guy. if it bothers you so much, request that he turn off his cell phone or put it on silent the next time you two are together--if you cant hear it, it wont bother you. talk about it with him if it still bothers you...and hopefully, things will turn okay ok =]

Is she his ex? If you think you don't have right to question him, don't question him. Personally, I'd just ask him what's up with his ex calling him and comment that it's a bit weird since he's lying there with you. I wouldn't expect an exgirlfriend to be all that respective of her exboyfriends new relationship or whatever it is but he needs to draw a line and hang up on her!

you have to A) either tell him how you feel and that it bothers you because you care about him or B) just deal with it and put those feelings behind you cause if he doesn't know if bothers you how can it change. C) if he says he doesn't want a commitment and you do then i'd find someone else. why would you want to be with someone who doesn't want to be with you?

I wouldn't like it, but if he didn't answer that would be a positive for him. If you'd like something more with him then work toward that...if he's made it clear he'd rather date around then you'll have to accept being ONE OF the people he sees, or move on.

Lose him. He could have blocked her number if he didn't want her calls. If you can't trust him at the beginning of a relationship, what do you think will happen later on?

Don't blame her blame your man!!! I am not gonna judge you because I had been a similar situation. I had to brace myself even though I loved him so much and leave. Think about this if he loved you and respected you, You would be the only woman in his life. Love yourself first girl!!!
