Your girlfriend flirts with other guys because she likes the attention she gets. It has very little to do with her feelings for you. I'm a big flirt (although not so much around my boyfriend) but I'm very loyal to my man and wouldn't go off with someone else or cheat or even hang out with someone one on one if I thought we dug each other even a bit. It's fun to flirt but it's also a sign of somewhat low self-esteem. She is evidently not confident enough in herself to be satisfied from the attention of just one man.
There are other explainations. Maybe she doesn't know how to act around men without flirting with them. Maybe she's accustomed to getting what she wants by flirting and isn't really attracted to these folks at all. There is always the possibility that she's into other people and isn't really that into you, but then maybe she's just not ready to settle down just yet. She might not even know she's doing it. To save the relationship, you could either decide to tolerate it or you could have a quick (non-accusatory) conversation with her. To save face... dump her. Follow your gut... is she attracted to you? Is she the type to stay faithful? Is it just harmless flirtation. Oh... and keep in mind, what's goes for her goes for you, so if you want to flirt a little, why not?

Maybe that's just part of who she is: a flirt.
Also, sometimes girls like to flirt with other guys because they like the reactions they get out of them so it makes them feel better about themselves. Try giving her a lot more compliments (if you don't already) to boost her self-esteem and make her feel like you're the only one who really loves her.

She probably likes a lot of attention from other guys. Although I think it's wrong because she wouldn't like it if the roles where reversed. As long as she isn't acting on it I guess you shouldn't be worried.

it could be beecause she thinks you're boring and is trying to upgrade but doesn't want to leave you til she finds someone new. Another thing is she might not know she's flirting or she might not be tryng to flirt on purpose. im a girl and others tell me i flirt alot but honestly i dont try to :)

She probably likes attention and feels that you arent giving her enough!Doesnt mean shes gonna cheat or anything.

maybe she wants you to pay attention to her it is either she is into other guys or you are doing something wrong and she wants you to notice.it is usually #2 so try to figure it out,ask her
