Forget what these other people say. You want to make this guy jealous so you can feel good, get some satisfaction, and THEN move on.
You don't have to do anything crazy to get this guy jealous. Just don't pay too much attention to him when he's around, and pretend to stare at other guys. Every time there is a mildly good-looking guy, start sweating him, and pretend your crush is not even there. He will develop issues and insecurities really fast; and he may like you more because now you're a challenge!

Don't go overboard. Then it'll be obvious. Sleeping w/ his friend(s) would be childish. Show that you can be civil when he's around but also that you have your own life & you're moving on. Maybe get new activities to fill your life more.

you have to show him that you can have fun without him. every time he walks by, start talking & laughing with your friends, insetead of helplessly staring at him. or just hang out more with a good guy friend, and he will be jelouse to see you with a different guy. just make sure your having fun, or at least acting like you are having a good time without him.

take a random guy out to a food place but have a friend take out ur ex and start to flirt with the guy.. that should make him jelous

things that made me jealous from my ex was she flirted with every god damned guy, and hugged everyone. flirting would be gold for that. and like the other person said flirt with his friends.
but really, thats a horrible thing to do, i would know.
