Go read Anne Rice's "Memnoch the Devil". You'd love it! That's the whole argument of the novel...

Yes of course, but hell is being a great distance from God and as the electrical current and the heat of the sun are non uniform, meaning that they are reduced by degrees the further you move away from the sun, so is the love that one might feel from the great distance. Heaven is nearness to God. Hell is, basically, regret, remorse. Ones own recognition of the truth once past the point of no return spawns the self recrimination that send one to hell. There is no tricking oneself out of it. Better to find out now what its all about.

You are very correct. Love is just, and it's compassionate. Father extends mercy to those who receive Him, and those who don't, He is just enough let them live out their choice of not serving Him. A father will punish his child for their choices, and also reward them for choices. This shadows our heavenly Father in the way, that not when we do good or bad does He judge, but when we accept His Son, or follow the Law to a t, we will be received by Him and blessed eternally, if we choose to not accept, we do have an eternal punishment, God is love and love is just. If you want to know where there is absence from God, it is death. Death in the Greek is separation from God. When we separate from God, that is death. Hell is a place of eternal punishment, death is the absence of God.

If you understand the meaning of Hell then your question is answered. Hell is the absence of God. No God=No Love.

Wrong. The Bible says God abhors those who continue sinning or disobey His will. His will is to love you to go back to Him. If you reject Him, His love for you will terminate when you are in hell. A lake of fire that will burn the sinner for eternity. Once you turn to Christ, your sins are cleansed without any of your effort and you go to heaven to enjoy God's love for ever.

Right. Hell is a metaphor and born out only in our own personal hell on earth that we create with fear, hate, resentment, intolerance, etc. The love is still there, it just needs to be noticed to help dispell those negative emotions.

Peace!

He still loves His children who end up in hell... But God is also Justice, and therefore there will be those who end up in hell.

No, hell will be absent of love because God will not be there. it is reserved for satan & his army of demons & unfortunately, for all unbelievers. It will be a place of torture, pain, agony, hate.....you will not want to be there. Please make the right choice, and don't wait. Time is precious.
