I wrote a column for a fansite and sadly I lost the entire column due to a viral hack on my forum.

I still have the link to the column, is there anyway I can get a cached version of it or some way of being able to view it once more so I can back up my work?

I've tried Google's cached, but it doesn't find the directory.

This use to be the link to the column:

There are only two things you can try:

1) google and other search engines keep cached copies of websites on all their sites. This allows for faster searching. You can try to search for the page in Google, and right below the link for any page are 'cached' and 'similar pages'. If you click cached, it might pull up the page, it might not. 50% shot.

2) by law, the hosting site of any forum must save a log of any and all posts to that forum. try contacting the forum host to obtain your column.
