none. you should not put a child on a diet, they are growing and need nourishment, fad diets of any kind are unhealthy to people in general but especially to children. you can serve/eat well-balanced meals. eat plenty of fruits and veggies (fresh, not canned or frozen)...lean meats...whole grains. just eat healthfully and don't try to force a child onto a diet just because they're a bit overweight or something....most likely, the child will grow out of it...it's called baby fat.

A diet for children is a no sugar diet. Anything that has over 4 grams of sugar should not be eaten. Limit the pizza and burgers and the weight will come off

A good diet for adults containing lean proteins, healthy carbs, and vegetables. Limit the sodas.
