It all depends from where you come from. Some countries needs a visa before giong to the UK. So in taht case you have to contact the england embassy or the nearest consulate in your country and ask for some information.

For the other countries, you don't need to apply for a visa and you'll be given one once you arrive in the UK.

Anyway check for the England embassy website in your country. It should help you.

TRY legally through the British Embassy - there is no England Embasssy and if there was it would be the English Embassy.
