Humans only eat for survival and not God. He doesn't need it. So why should he think of microwave anything at all. He is a gracious God. He created a mind in you so that you can invent a microwave facility to make a pie so hot that you will wait it being cool before consuming it. Just imagine, if we are not wise to learn to cook, we will end up in eating grass and raw meat.

Can God violate laws? No. He would cease to be God. He cannot lie, cheat steal, allow the least bit of sin, etc. Otherwise, he would cease to be God.

Yes he can, but he doesn't have to eat or cook. Over there on the other side, you don't have to eat. If you like to eat you can eat. If you like to cook, you can cook. God is energy and all energy may be light.

Since God doesn't eat, and is not a physical being, the question is absurd and pointless.
