what does cancer feel like when it grows inside your body? specificly in your upper abdominal tract. grusome question but ill be lookin at the answers very carefully... add details.

I am a 4 year cancer survivor. I found out I had cancer quite by chance (or miracle) because I did not feel in any way sick or in any kind of pain. It is my understanding that some people with advanced stages of certain cancers have some pain because of certain organs not working any more, but I never had anything like that. I hope you are ok!

I have cancer, and it doesnt feel like anything. It doesnt hurt or anything. The only reason i know that I have it is because I can feel it with my fingers. It is like a little lump or ball that is attached to your bone. It cant move and it is just there. It has never hurt me yet.
