The office is open to the public Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM for customers wishing to discuss orphan/adoption petitions (I-600s), petition for alien relative (I-130s), and Non Immigrant visa and Immigrant visa waivers, abandonment of permanent resident status (I-407) and Visas 93. On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM, we open for customers who have lost their lawful permanent resident cards or need to apply for boarding letters, or are in need of general information. Fees for these services are paid at the U.S. Consulate on Rue Oswald Durand. The Embassy is closed on American and Haitian holidays.
