A real important question to answer - where is the inflammation you have? Maybe somebody can help you better if we had more information! I have severe edema in my legs, feet and ankles and I was diagnosed with CRPS (Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome or RSD - Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy). So far, this has made me crippled to where I have to use a walker to get around. I am currently on 3 narcotics, a sleeping pill, high blood pressure medicine, and a couple others. The pain is just intolerable. I have a very hard time walking, because every step I take is so da** painful. My swelling is so bad, that it looks like my skin will surely split open. I'm not sure if you are talking about the same kind of things, but you didn't mention where your swelling is.

I believe inflammation all over the body is from bacteria and yeast (candida).

1. Improve you immune system - vitamin C/multivitamin without iron
2. Take a probiotic/acidophilus ( good bacteria),
plain yogurt.
3. Stay away from sugar and grains.
Sugar causes inflammation.
4 Fish oil will help with inflammation.
It does take time.
I recommend Carleson liquid fish oil.

Search for candida diets on the Internet
and supplements to take.
