is this your first tattoo? what would it be? as a person who has had poorly placed tattoos i would urge you to think about it first. the ribcage is a large wonderful canvas. i would hate to see one ruined with a small tattoo. honestly, if i were going to get a ribcage tattoo (i'm seriously considering getting both done one day) it would cover the whole area of my ribcage. but that's just my opinion. i do know that the ribcage is extremely sensitive and hurts a lot. good luck with whatever you decide.

You could....ribcage is a pretty painful spot but if you really want the tattoo there, then you should do it there...

Its all up to you a tattoo where there is a bone is pretty painful but if you are " GANGSTA" hell go for it!! just make sure it is some thing that you will want to have on you when you are old and wrinkled!!!

Ouch!!! If you can stand the pain, there isn't much meat there so it's gonna tickle a lil bit. But I think it would look pretty hot. Go for it!

iaF YOU WANT TOO GO AHEAD, I HAVE MY ENITRE RIBS TATTOOED. ILL NEVER DO THE OTHER SIDE B/C IT HURT SOOO BAD, I WANTED TO THROW UP THATS HOW BAD IT HURT....BE PREPARED! ITS ONE OF THE MOST SENSITIVE AND PAINFUL AREAS TO GET TATTOOED...AND NO PAINS KILLERS WILL EASE THAT PAIN!
