Excited! Excited! The plans are already being made for that weekend! They started the second the flag waved on the final race. The heck with valentines day and mushy, mushy crud, I need to hear- gentlemen start your engines!, the roar of the motor heck even boogity, boogity ,boogity. The with drawl is killing me. lol. We need that edge of the seat racing again. Or even the toss the helmet at the car incidents. Like always I will be rooting on my favorite. Jimmie, Jimmie, he's the man! But, I do have a soft spot for other drivers too. Ya know I wish they had an advent calender for Daytona countdown. Maybe they could put the faces of different drivers on the chocolates they put in them. Keep smiling everyone! It starts in only 39 days. May the best driver win.

I cant wait. I am rooting for Jamie McMurray to win everything this year the 500 and then the Cup.

I'm ALWAYS excited about Daytona and racing season starting. I love racing and I love the superspeedways. I am also excited about the fact that we won't have to deal with NBC anymore except for a few races.

I can't wait until daytona, going for JR at daytona but kinda interested to see how toyota does, but can't wait to see how Kahne is going to do.

looking forward to it,but don't like the idea of foreign cars being it. was a Dale Jarrett fan but if hes gonna drive a toyota,forget him. went to Daytona the year Earnhart died, had a good time, but ended very sadly.

Daytona rocks. I check the NASCAR.com countdown every chance I get. I think DEI has an excellent chance of dominating the plate races this year with the addition of Paul Menard to their stable.

IM rootin for my main man Kasey Kahne.That'd be a great way to start out his season,to win Daytona..He ran 22nd fastest today in practice tho...He'll get back into it, even if it takes a lil time... :-)
