Remove the tractor and place the farm in the microwave for 30 seconds. This won't hurt the ants but it will increase their movement.
Caution, if you microwave them for 31 seconds you will need a cookbook for ant recipes, ha! ha!

maybe you should buy one of those zapper guns that make you small & go in the ant farm and teach those ants how to operate a tractor. have fun
