Seeing as how i'm a girl i'm pretty sure that i can give a good answer.Usually,by phone and in person are pretty much both a really good way of doing it.By phone is good if you want to do it without getting too nervous and start to stutter.Although, if you want to do it in person it tells her that you're not one of those guys that wait for the girl to make the first move and that you love her enough to ask her no matter how nervous you are.Besides that, it tells her that when you really want something you just go for it and you're outgoing.So, go for it!

I think the phone or in person would be the best. Never IM because it will make you look scared to ask her out face to face. Women want a confident guy.

well, before you ask her out, make sure you are comfortable around her to talk to her and hang out. If you are not, then when you ask her out, it will be very awkward during the relationship, and it probably wont last. After you are comfortable and confident, id call her on the phone, and ask her on a date casually, just be like "hey what are you doing this weekend? what you you think about seeing a movie together..." or something like that. after during the date, if things look to be going good, ask her right there.

i'm also in my early 20's, and that i doesn't like a guy to question me out on line. perchance you are able to start sending her messages on line and lead as a lot as a telephone call. once you adult men commence talking by way of telephone, then ask her out. i don't believe of the point that you do not infrequently see her is an excuse to ask her out on line...it type of feels creepy. I say basically commence randomly talking to her on line, then slide contained in the advice that she calls you or you call her.

honestly, in person is the best way but if your really too shy to do that then I definitely suggest on-line or over the phone. Phone would be best though.

if your shy man try emails or myspace or something in that area but once you send you will still be nervouse to press the button but its a little more pressure off but asking a girl out in person is pretty challeging

most deinetely in person. girls think it is so cute and sweet for a guy to come up to her and ask her out. you could also bring her a flower. really sweep her off her feet. she will think it's really sweet and charming. to me it means more in person. go for it and ask her out. dont be shy.
