can she get out of the crib??
my daughter jumped out of the crib at 15 months and I had to buy her a toddler bed. she took to it right away.
depends on your child. you know her best. just remember she might get up and wonder around the house at night so buy a gate to go across the bedroom door and make sure her room is totally safe.
If she hasn't tried to get out of the crib I would suggest keeping her in there as long as possible for safety concerns

There's no set time when you have to replace your child's crib with a regular or toddler bed, although most children make the switch sometime between ages 1 1/2 and 3 1/2. It's best to wait until your child is closer to 3, since many little ones just aren't ready to make the transition. Of course, you'll need to move your toddler to a bed when he's simply too big or too active to sleep in a crib anymore. And once he's potty-trained, he'll need to be able to get out of bed to use the toilet.

We never used a toddler bed our son went right from a crib to a twin bed when he was exactly 2 years old. We first laid the mattress on the floor with no frame or box spring until he got used to not rolling out. Then we added the box spring on the floor and eventually the frame. I think this is a good idea because I think the short time they use a toddler bed isn't worth it.

No, I know plenty of people that have moved their kids before 22 months. If your daughter is happy in her crib and not climbing out I would just let her stay there. My son will be 3 next month and we just moved him to a big boy bed last week. It was nice to skip the expense of buying a toddler bed.

My son slept in his cot from birth then I swapped for toddler's bed when he was just over a year and he's fine with it, he's almost 2 now. I don't think your daughter is too young, remember though, the longer you wait, she may not take to the toddler's bed quite easily.

No I don't think she is too young, but it is really a matter of opinion. Personally, I believe that if your daughter can climb into and out of her crib, then she is ready for a toddler bed. At least, that is the standard that my mother used with me and my four siblings.
Just do what makes you the most comfortable.

My son has been in a toddler bed since he was 15 months old. If you think she is ready it couldnt hurt to try. We double checked his room to make sure there was nothing he could get hurt on and the first few nights he was so excited to be able to get up and down on his own he kept getting up playing but would then put him self to bed. Now he goes right to sleep.

I didn't have a toddler bed...my daughter went from her crib to a twin sized bed when she was 10 months old. (she tried to climb out of her crib and fell, refused to sleep in the crib after that). It worked out just fine for us. We put rails on the bed that we purchased from ToysRUs.

We have never used toddler beds for our children. Ours went straight from a crib to a twin or full-sized bed with rails. If your daughter is climbing out of her crib, it would probably be a good idea to move her so she doesn't hurt herself. Good luck!
