It'd be nice to pinpoint how & where you got it, but now U just need to get rid of it, and that means SYSTEMIC. You treat the whole body. For starters you have two choices. Go to an MD who will give you a prescription. OR, go to a naturopathic practioner , some Health Food stores, and buy , for example, "Mycostat Complex Capsules." It is a nutritional Mycotoxin formula. KILL the yeast / fungal growth in you, and keep it that way. For starters, lay off sugary stuff, as in right now. Yes all you bozos who know biochemistry, we all know that EVERYTHING the body takes in gets converted to sugars. I am speaking of disgusting white sugar, sodas, etc. More info, www.herbalhealer.com The naturopath is Ms. Mccain, and she is Very knowledgaable. (Not an MD.). I do not go to MD's, and I've been healthy 50 + years.

Take probiotics, acidophilus. That will put good bacteria in your
system. Stay away from sugar, grains, and starches.
Improve your immune system - multivitamin/vitamin c.
Mutivitamin with iron if you have periods.
Look for candida diets on the Internet and supplements
to take. I don't have a clue on any creams to apply.
You will reduce the chances of future yeast problems
if you fix your immune system and have good digestive flora (good bacteria). Do you have any hormonal problems?
If so, read Steven Hotze's book.

Yoghurt is one of the best things to help here. Back it up by taking garlic for the infection and also echinacea to boost your immune system. Please do not take cranberry juice, that is for cystisis or urinary infections, it will do nothing for a thrush/yeast type infection such as you have. If the condition does not clear after doing this for a week or 2 - like others said, see your doctor.

Go to a doctor. Seriously, we on a website cannot help you more than a doctor can. Especially if it's an after effect of surgery.
