consider asking your mom, tell her your situation.
if for some reason you CANT ask her, go by yourself but you would NEED to get help form a saleslady (she wont get mad!) so dont worry because people ask them for help all the time, and if they want to measure you, they usually do it over your shirt and it takes like 15 seconds. after you know your size, you can try on all the bras you want by yourself! and you wont need anyone.. just make sure you feel comfortable in it.

Actually, you can go on your own, but DO as a saleslady. Go to a place like Victoria's SEcret - even if you don't buy your bras there, they can help you find the right size.
Most women don't wear the right size because they were never taught how to fit them properly.
Don't be embarrassed to ask - they are doing it as part of their job, and a breast is just a breast.
You'll be happier and more comfortable in a properly fitted bra.

Well their are 2 ways you can do this:
With the mom thing try to talk to her and ask her not to get mad and tell her.Explain that how your bra is getting to small and you need a new one. Let her make the decision if she still says no refer to the next solution.
* 2nd : Save up your money and go buy some. You know you can fit it when you fasten the back of your bra it's not too much room inbetween your bra and ur breast. If you still can't do this I have one more solution.
*3rd: Ask someone that you know would take you for an example aunt, cozin, adult sibiling, grandmother.

you can go online and search for bra size info. There are a lot of different sites that explain what to measure to figure out what size you are. Do you have a tape measure at home, if not just measure with string and then measure the string. Victoria Secret might have info on their website for sizing. The websites will tell you what cup size and size around for the measurements you give. Then you can take the information to the store yourself and pick your own.
That way you won't have to ask anyone. Can you go with a good friend?
Good luck to you.

My mom and me weren't really close when I lived at home. I didn't tell her when I got my period and I always bought my own bras. If you feel uncomfortable it is okay to go alone! You can look online to see what kind of bra you like, that way you will know what you are looking for when you go shopping. But sales people can be really helpful, it might be embarrassing at first by don't worry, they are women too and they are more then happy to help. You can also get fitted for free at most stores. Good luck and don't feel scared or embarrassed!

OK look at the bras you have now and read the tag and see what size it says there is going to be a number and a letter!! OK if it is getting to small around you then you need a different letter size but if it is getting smaller in the cup then you need a different letter but if they are both small then you need a new number and letter try going up one size in both and ask your mom and if she get ts really mad then tell her that you are getting older and this happens to everyone!!

? It's a bra. Every girl on the planet wears one. Asking your mom for permission to get a bigger bra is like asking her if you can brush your teeth. Just go out to the store and buy one. Go to Macy's or Dillard's where there are nice little old sales ladies who will measure you properly for a bra. Get a few of them and then you wont have to deal with it for another year. You will be buying bras the rest of your life so you might as well wrap your head around it now. It will be ok, I promise.

do you know why she got mad? that may help in answering your question. first and foremost, i always think the most direct route is best: tell your mom why you need a new bra and hope she understands, and takes you to get one. or, if this doesn't work, then i would suggest just going to a mall (or someplace like target) and picking out a bra a size or two larger than what you have now. try them on in the dressing room to see if they fit, it's really no big deal at all.

You should stand up to your mother, my mom was always weird about my body changing too?
I worked at Victoria's Secret for a while and let me tell you that we would measure 20 people a day and help them find the perfect most comfortable bra! That's what these people are paid to do so don't be shy, just ask!

You need to ask your mom why she got mad last time. Normally moms do not get mad for that kind of thing. So you need to talk to your mom about it. Think back to the time you asked your mom about it and make sure that you didn't say anything offensive. You could also go with a good friend.GOOD LUCK!!!
