I 'm raising bantam chicks, one of them is one third the size of the other two. Is there anything I can do?

It 's eating and drinking and appears to be happy. It plays with the other chicks and looks very healthy. It is still fuzzy and does not have as many feathers as the others. I really hope it survives. Should I be giving it medicine and/or supplements, more heat? I'm doing everything I should be. The chicks food is medicated.

He is the runt and may flourish just fine. You are doing a fine job.
