Most curse words describe a part of someone's body or a normal bodily function. Why people act all sensitive about it is beyond me.

Profanity is indicative of a sickness in the soul. If it is just a bad habit, ask God for the grace to stop. If it is totally involuntary and you curse even when you don't want to, then maybe you should be checked out to see if you have Turret's Disease, or maybe you need deliverance from a demon. In any case, no it is not OK for Christians to curse, so whenever you find yourself doing it ask for God's forgiveness.

Ephesians 4:29:

Colossians 3:8-10:

Non-Christians tell people "go to hell".
Christians should tell people "go to Heaven".
The first is cursing, the second is not.
Is it o.k. for a Christian to curse? What do you think, IF you think?!

No, it is never okay. Before I became a Christian, I had a trucker drivers mouth. I slip on occasion when I am really really upset. Not daily or even weekly, but I would say at least once a month, I do slip up and let anger get the best of me.

the bible says you will answer for every corrupt word out of your mouth. besides that, you shouldn't be cursing anyway. its rude,no matter what religion you are

its bad to curse. however preist may tell you its a sin cause they interpret it so, but however i dont beleive it is a direct sin simply cause it doesnt break the ten commandments unless yous ay his name in vein.
