Talk to him about what annoys him and ask him to stop. If he doesn't then I'd dump him and go after this other guy.

When folks are annoying there are a number of things that can be the issue. Maybe you need more time to yourself and his omnipresence is a bit much. Maybe you're not really interested in him anymore and any time with him is too much. Maybe you're annoyed with him on some level because a relationship with him closes the door off for you to meet someone else (and form a relationship with a new person.) 2 years is a long time to be with the wrong person, but, then again, maybe this new guy would get annoying too.
I always get annoyed with people when I date them (especially when I'm living with them too) and I've found that it's not that bfs do things specifically to annoy me but that sometimes just looking at someone day in and day out and feeling their expectations is annoying in itself. When you get a bunch of you time and still feel annoyed with this fellow, well, maybe he's boring or obnoxious. You could try to figure out if there's anything specifically that's annoying you, but I doubt there's any one thing and why make him jump through hoops if you're just going to feel the same in the end anyway. I say, take a final stab at adjusting your attitude toward him and, if you still feel this way in a couple weeks, either talk to him about it and ask him to make changes (only if you think this might work... don't tell him he's annoying and hurt him if you're only going to dump him in the end anyway) or break up with him and find someone you're more compatible with.
Someone who's smart, unassuming and kind usually won't be annoying unless you're not attracted to them.

Talk to it about it, he may not no he's annoying you, he may just be playing around. If he continues and you just really can't take it then maybe you should leave him but don't go straight to another guy. Stick with him for a little longer and remember why you fell for him in the first place. If you just don't love him don't string him around though. But definately talk to him about it.

If you are not into him nemore, tell him that you found a new and more upbeat intrest, and that you are not feelin the love. Tell him that you don't mean to break his heart but maybe its not meant to be, and go on your marry little way... just make sure the other guy is cute, and gots the moves

If he is ONLY a boyfriend and not a husband, I say break up. I heard the best advice ever - "Don't marry the man you can live with, marry the man you can't live without!" Therefore, don't stay with this guy just because you know he loves you...get it?

If he is annoying you then it is time to move. He is your boyfriend not your husband. Boyfriends are meant to be the ones we can break up with. We are supposed to have many so we can better make a choice for a husband.

you're not going to marry the guy
and if you're starting to get interested in someone else
talk to your boyfriend
slow things down
and break up with him
gently
wait a bit and ask the other guy out, if you'd like

First off, don't just end a relationship because something is annoying, just talk to him.
If everything fails after trying go ahead and end it.
Because you will feel better knowying you gave it your all.
Also you will feel better if he apoligizes and tries not to annoy you.

dump the guy. dont hurt him anymore if you're having feelings for someone else. even if you havent done anything with this other guy, you are being emotionally unfaithful. even if your boyfriend annoys the crap out of you, at least care about his feelings and dump him if he isnt what you want. good luck.
