Can we still be friends?

My ex lied to me about little stuff but it bugged me.We were totally into eachother but after a while i felt it would be better if we were just friends.We were dateing for about 6 months but after we broke up he asked my friend out but she asked me if it would bother me if she said yes but i said no cause after all i was hurt but i broke up w/ him but i told her i didn't want 2 see her get hurt.He kept like dangling her but he would always look at me to see if i was watching.I told my friend so she broke if off. summer came and we went back to our home towns and we didn't talk for the whole summer not even e-mail.We got back to school and it was like nothing had ever happened he wouldn't stop comlimenting me and he kept remindin me of things that happened when we were a couple.Iasked him to stop callin me hot or nethin sexual and after that he won't really talk to me just small talk.Iasked him wut was up and he just said idk now we talk more but its notthe same will it ever be the same

This doesn't sound like someone who I'd want to be my friend...unless there's a compelling reason for you to stay in relationship with him (which I doubt), let it go. Not only for your own good, but for his. You're just encouraging him to continue this unpleasant and unloving behavior. Perhaps if you told him why you no longer wished to be his friend, he may (also doubtful, but worth a try) to get the point. Good luck and learn this lesson for yourself: Being a friend is something to nurture and treasure as fine gold...be the friend to others as you would like to be treated yourself.

Move on. He is so immature by using ur friend to make you get jealous. Seriously. And you dont want to date a liar, doesnt matter its a small lies or big ones. CORRECTION-LET ALONE THE BIG ONES! You will find someone who is hotter, nicer, mature and definitely trustworthy bloke in the future. Stop wasting ur time w this bloke, you are doing the right thing already
