Is it for adults, teenagers, or children? That would make a big difference. Unfortunately, Valentines Day has gotten far away from its original purpose; that of sweethearts and wouldbe sweethearts contacting each other to let them know. It wasnt for grammer school kids, teachers, church school kids, etc. But it is now. So for adults--maybe 2007 Sweetheart Heaven--for teenagers maybe -- Hearts and Stars Party Blast--- for kids-- Valentines Day Fun 2007.
Probably dorky names, but the best I could come up with not knowing the age of the party or if its school, church, or community.

I've read the previous answers, but I'm thinking that since your query is in the Community Service forum, you're putting together a community party. You could link something to enhance community life (having a blood-mobile available during the party?) to the fun of a gathering. How about a food theme - you could have red and white food (pasta salad with pimentos or potato salad with lots of paprika to make it red). Based on your theme you can create a name, or turn the gathering into a name quest- a "vanilla" name for this year (Valentine's Day Party 2007) but a prize for the best name suggestion for the 2008 party and have tickets for each person to enter their name idea along with their phone number. Good luck and have fun.

well if it's for younger kids, you could try "that's Hot!", or "2007 lovefest", etc.

If you are older and throwing this king of themed party for valentines day, you could try.... Growing up! Parties are for kids you silly rabbit.
