How fast should a relationship normally go?

Question

i have had various speeds of relationships. I have had the slow ones where the first few monthes consist of talking to the mild ones that the first few monthes consist of hugging and holding hands to the extreamly fast ones that the first monthes consist of tons of kissing and the like. Although i am comfortable with the most part of these speeds (the last one gets on my nerves and the guy doesnt last long) what is the normal speed or does it vary.

(fyi i have been with more than 3 guys.... i was just wondering)
