Does anyone know what kind of food to eat to help? Or exercises to get a tighter or even just a regular butt size? I have like no butt and all the guy's joke...a lot. Please anyone!!!

Squats and lunges. With a 3- 5 lb dumbell in each hand this applies only if you workout on a regular basis. Squats and lunges will give you that nice rounded lift that you are looking for. Example look at Jessica Simpson, when she was to play Daisy Duke for the Dukes of Hazzard she had to wear the hotpants and she needed a butt quickly cause the girl (no offense) had No butt. She had to work hard to get that booty. You can TOO!

You can't make your butt bigger through your diet. Eating junk foods and candy will only help in putting on sloppy weight. It will make you FAT, NOT THICK. Remember that. A bigger butt can only be gained through weight training/lifting. To gain a bigger backside, you need to lift weights. Lifting heavier weights will shock the muscles and make them grow bigger. If you use light weights, it will only shape and tone and not make the muscles bigger. Also, after sometime you'll need to get heavier weights so that the muscles can continue to grow. If your using the same weight your muscle will adjust to it and therefore not allowing it to grow any bigger. Get accustomed to light weights before working with a heavier set. If your lifting weights and you don't feel a good burn in your butt after 15 or so repetitions than it's time to use heavier weights. Don't be disappointed or discouraged and stop exercising if you don't see results right away because this isn't some kind of overnight miracle. This takes time and effort and in time, maybe a few weeks to a month or so, you'll see the results you've been looking for.

well, im guessing you want muscle on ur booty, cuz if its fat its just cellulite and all saggy, and u dont want that right? so what i would do is some exercises to tone ur booty. push-ups, sit-ups, (to tone my booty i did 30 push-ups a day it worked for me!!:), and about 100 sit-ups a day.) and also about 50 squats a day..and do some cardio for like 30 mins a day.

foods: dont eat too much junkfood or foods with high fat and not too much greasy foods..eat healthy according to Canda's Food Guide To Healthy Eating. good luck!!

also, what you could do is FAKE a big booty. wear jeans (i read this in an article newspaper by the way.) wear jeans that are tight, that define ur booty, and on the butt (back pockets) have a design on them, or light jeans. like really light. what this does is it creates the illusion of a big booty. also, maybe a "v" shape on the back pockets...it also makes you look like you have a booty.

Patatoes are good. My favorite workout for my *** is lying face up on the floor and placing a 45lb plate on my hip and raising my hip using my heels. I do as many as i can till it really burns and at that point i will try to do 20-25 at the top for quick counts. Youll love it! I promise. Lunges and leg presses bringing your knees all the way down to your chest. (if you dont have a leg press machine use your little sister :). If you do a routine of lunges without weights crossing your hallway back and forth for a 3 sets, leg presses for 3 sets of 10-15 with tolerant weight and the lying down one for 4 sets the way i mentioned...you will have a killer time walking ans sitting the next 3-5 days depending on how often you workout. And if you do this once a week and more weight as you progress youll see results. Good luck. Hey!...also you can run your nearest high schoool bleachers!. There tons of workouts for your butt!

Ok, you are prolly going for the average black girl booty right? To get this booty, you must have one of these two things:

1.Good genetics (I got it from my momma)
2.Implants (search: Buffie the Body)

But do not worry if both of these options are unavailable. I know plenty of girls that do not have anything working for them but a fair looking face, but they are still considered fine by many guys. Its not what you have, its what you do with it.

P.S. Squats and exercises wont get you a bigger but, itll just make it all firm and muscley, which will prolly make it even smaller.

The only thing you could do is to try and build your butt muscles by doing exercises specifically targeted for that area....If your body doesn't store fat in your booty...eating more isn't going to help....you really just need to buff up what you already have....Good luck.

Its def genetics I dont exercise too much and my measurements are 34 26 39 I got a teeny wasit and big booty :) ANd just to add booty size DOES NOT go by race!!!!!

Squats, Lunges, Eliptical, Hill-Running, Running Backwards and Hamstring Extensions & Curls.

Also, don't be afraid to eat or else your whole body will get smaller from the extra calories expended. You want to build muscle in your buttocks and thighs...

Some plain exercises you can do are squats, lunges, butt lift, leg ilft, and glute kickback.
