Here's a great one from Prevention's on-line Magazine:

It has more than one page listing different foods and their Glycemic index. Good Luck!

There are alot of indexes out there. I would check with the websites sponsered by WebMd or something like that. I have found that some of the indexes on the internet are incorrect.
