this is incredibly cheap and looks amazing! My best friend did this on her food table. Well actually she had a couple of them because they were small. Get a floating candle, beads, a rose bowl, and rose petals. put the beads in the bottom of the bowl fill it with water and put the candle in it. place the bowl on a mirror and sprinkle the rose petals around it. Good Luck

I would say, get crystal/glass tall single stem vases, in several different heights and also several different crystal/glass tapered candle holders and mirror plates, even silver plate chargers and red roses, enough to go in the vases.
I would place the mirrored/silver bases throughout the food table and then place your different height vases, with a single red rose on top of the base. Then add in your tapered candle sticks and holders. The candles will reflect off of the shiny base and give a romantic feel. (Hint: always go with an odd # of the total things on the base, say two rose vases and 3 candles or vice versa)
You could also, skip the base and place the different height candle sticks and vases throughout the table and also sprinkle the silver and red colored glass stones along the table to incorporate more of the colors.
Good luck and congrats!

I had a medium basket with two wine glasses, one filled with bath beads and one filled with chocolates. Then i had a small bottle of wine that's label matched my wedding colors. I also had a candle holder with a candle in it. I also put a little bag of rose petals in there too. i decorated the baskets with some ivy and a single rose. They were put on the tables with a name on them of someone that was sitting at that table that helped me out with the wedding. When the maid of Honor gave her toast she told them to look at the name tag thanked them for there help and told them " Go home take a hot bath drinks some wine and eat some chocolate." they went over very well. They looked great and I didn't have to find something to do with 18 center pieces.

take a 12x12 mirror tile and place a large bowl on it with silver stones in the bottom. On top float red floating rose candles found easily at kmart or a craft store. and take either real or fake rose petals and sprinkle around the bowl on and off the mirror.
