Go to the Doctor for a check up to ease your mind and take away any thoughts that it is cancer. Always be safe then sorry

Could it be your not masturbating enough or too much? But can cause pain in that area. But there would most likely be a lump. Are you into sports, if so do you wear supporter or protection?
Have you been hit in the groin lately? These are possible clues. But if it's really painful I would see a doctor. Don't be embarrassed it happens we men all the time and the doctor is not going to make any judgment other than what is it that is wrong.

A bump on the testicle isn't everyday and desires to be checked for many cancers. Testicular maximum cancers can bring about somewhat some indicators. those could comprise: A lump or expansion in the two testicle a feeling of heaviness in the scrotum a lifeless soreness in the tummy or groin A surprising selection of fluid in the scrotum soreness or soreness in a testicle or the scrotum expansion or tenderness of the breasts Unexplained fatigue or a usually used feeling of no longer being properly maximum cancers many times impacts purely one testicle.

Cancer would be like a hard knot, but you should get it checked out. It might be a hematocele, a ruptured testicle, or testicular torsion -- in which case you don't have much time to get to the hospital for emergency surgery.

Think horses not zebras. That's what my doctor told me. It means when you hear hooves behind you, you you don't immediatly think it would be a zebra, right? The chances of it being a Zebra is extremely small.

Same is true for cancer.

Testicular Cancer doesn't give you pains and if you don't feel a lump I wouldn't worry about cancer. However, still go to the doctor.

my cousin lost a testicle around your age. Sometimes things get twisted around and the blood flow gets cut off. You should go to a doctor and have it checked out.

Never take a chance like that. None of us here are doctors and without a physical, we're all just guessing.

Get thee to the doctor's

Could well be an inguinal hernia... uncomfortable and annoying but easily repaired surgically - day surgery usually nowadays... in any case, get a doctor's opinion!

The best advice I could give is to see a doctor. It's probably nothing serious, but it's wise to be sure.
