Are you concerned about what's being done to our food?

Question

ex: Vegetables being altered with pesticides in their genomes (not farce, kiddies, this is fact).

I posted this for those who are NOT in the know as well as those who are. QUESTION the stuff in your food-the cold hard reality is that the FDA is not generally concerned about your health. How many movies does it take? the Matrix, Soylent Green, to name but a few. Your generation can stop the insanity and force these money barons to help us not harm us. Do some research before you answer me.......... after all its your health!

First of all, I do find it disturbing that GM foods are created using the genetic code of BACTERIA.

Secondly, it bugs me that the companies who patented this decided to sue the farmers who don't buy their seed, but for some awful reason allowed the GM seed to blow onto their farms and infect their own crops.

Thirdly, it disturbs me that thousands of farmers in India have actually gone bankrupt, pushing some to the point of suicide, because the GM crops have failed each and every year.

Sometimes, the old ways are the best.

if there is a place near you that is doing that o thieir food, start strike, tell them to stick a sign outside telling the truth, or be worried about it and ask the restraunts close to you about it, and just bring it up casually, but yes, if the place was close to me...

I know what you mean... with all the technology available you would have expected much more genetic manipulation to benefit humans.

yes i am sorta concerened, but it could cause an allergic reaction to some people

i am not worried about altered food because it could help fight diseases like cholera, and other bad disease so really its not a problem to me, no one else should be worried to because it is helping us , not harming us!
