Does any one know any websites that have tutorials on using photoshop, preferbaly begginers ones.

Okay, it's just a guess ... but I am thinking maybe you didn't pay $650 for photoshop without knowing how to use it .... forgive me please if I am wrong.

Here are some links to totally free software that have a much easier learning curve than photoshop and are great for beginning and average users to work with.
