my gf cheated on me with this other guy, just a couple kisses.
she wants to get back together i can tell, but should i take her back? i still love her..
but she also still talks to the guy over the phone all the time

You've answered your own question. Why would you want her back? She obviously didn't want you. You're supposed to be her boyfriend but she's kissing someone else? How could you trust her? What would keep her from doing it again? If not with that guy with another one who looks kissable. It was just a couple of kisses, or at least that's what she told you. Next time what will it be? A complete romp between the sheets?
She doesn't want to get back together. She's still talking to him on the phone!! She just likes the idea of two men being interested in her and you being jealous.
Don't waste your time on her. Forget her. Tell her she can devote all of her time kissing and talking to the other guy because you're through. Move on and find someone who appreciates you for the great guy you are

Ok here it goes one tell her you dont appreciate her talking to that guy two I believe ppl deserve at least one chance but for sure next time she messes up you must be done or else your just playing games. And three if you get back with her dont give in to easy let her know your hurt and its going to take some time to build the relationship back up. But last thing use your best judgement and make sure she really still loves you and wants to get back.

NO NO NO that is stupid how can you love a girl that kisses another bloke and is still talking to him over the phone, dont even bother....do you really love her.....im pretty sure you can find better....

I'd make her fight for you a little bit...make her prove to you that she can be trusted and that she really wants to be with you. Don't give in too easily. You're worth more than that. Also, make her explain herself. She ows you at least that much. Good luck!

No. it was her choice to cheat && if she's still talking to him, it's even worst. I've been cheated on && I would NEVER take my ex back, but that's my opinion.

I wouldnt take her back so easily. If she really wants you back that bad then she can work for your affection.
