I'm a 16 year old who's always stressed out about things, whether its about health, social things, or academically in school. I over stress about everything and I know it. What can I do to just relax and breathe easy like a normal kid?

it has nothing to do with age i'm twice your age and I have had the same problem all my life. you need to learn to calm your mind some people apparently are not normal kids. do something like yoga or kick-boxing where breath control is important. it'll teach you to calm your mind.

Get involved in some type of sport...I know that seems like it will be more stressful...but you can take some of that anxiety of yours and put it in a positive motion.

Start reading books. Don't let this stress give you an ulcer. Good Luck!

Chill out... listen to music... video games... plenty of sleep... when i was that age I always had trouble sleeping because i was always thinking about stuff, then i developed the"eh, whatever happens" attitude... sometimes just some smells can also help to soothe the nerves

like the spiritual lady above said... just take each day, one day at a time... It works

Whatever your situation is you should ask God to help you. Learn what is important in life, half of the people in your circle will not always be there, don't sweat the small stuff, you determine who you are and no one else.
